- If you happen to receive a defective product at the time of delivery, you can refuse the products at the time of delivery and get refund to the e-wallet or refund to the source, at your option.
- If you notice a defect or deficiency in a product after delivery has been accepted by you, you can raise a return request by sending an email to email@example.com or call at 9711-19-9711.
- Complaints registered after 3 hours of delivery will not be entertained as our products are perishable.
- For returns initiated within 3 hours of delivery, we will refund the amount to e-wallet or to the original payment source within 07(seven) working days.
- In case of a missing product, the amount of the particular item will be refunded to your e-wallet (if paid online). In case you have placed your order with the option of cash on delivery, the item will be removed from your final bill.
- Fruits & vegetables can only be returned if the items arrive in a damaged or defective condition.
- We cannot refund or replace if the taste is not up to your expectations.
